Terms of service

The rules for using Stolen, in plain words. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Draft, to be reviewed before launch.

1. Who we are

Stolen (stolenfits.com) is run by [company name], registered in [country] (company number [number]), [registered address] (“Stolen”, “we”). You can reach us at hello@stolenfits.com. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy policy.

2. Your account

3. What Stolen is (and isn’t)

4. How looks are ordered

On Looks (including piece searches) and Creators, the order depends on: how members rate the looks and the creator (including reviews from real bookings); how well a look matches your taste; and how new it is. Looks a creator has paid to promote are labeled Promoted, and looks made with a brand are labeled Paid partnership. You can always sort by Newest instead.

5. What you post

6. What’s not allowed

You can report anything that breaks these rules to hello@stolenfits.com with a link to it. We may remove content, or suspend or close accounts, that break them; we’ll tell you why, and you can ask us to look again.

7. For creators

8. Paid features

Stolen Pro (for creators)

Boosts (for creators)

Your right to cancel (UK and EU): Pro and boosts start straight away when you ask them to. By paying, you agree to that, and you accept that you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel once they’ve started. This doesn’t affect your other rights.

9. Booking a session with a creator

10. For brands

Brands running campaigns agree separate terms with us. Brands may not contact creators or members through Stolen to get around those terms.

11. Our name and site

The Stolen name, logo and design belong to us. You can share links to Stolen freely, but not copy the site or use our name to suggest we endorse you.

12. Changes and availability

Stolen is new and will change: we may add, change or remove features. We try to keep it running smoothly but can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you before it takes effect; if you don’t agree, you can close your account.

13. Responsibility

14. Closing your account

You can close your account any time in Your account. We can close it if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, after telling you why (unless the law or safety prevents it). Bookings already paid for are refunded or settled under section 9.

15. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of [country/state], and disputes go to its courts. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live and can go to your local courts. Before anything formal, please write to us: most things can be fixed quickly.
